Methuen Aikido is offering a 6 week beginners Aikido program, starting November 6th, 2006. Classes will meet each Monday and Wednesday night at 7:30. As a special offer, the full program is only $100 per student.

The last day to join this session is November 20th.

This class offers new students a comfortable and informative introduction to the martial art of Aikido. Students will be taught basic rolling (ukemi), exercises (undo), and basic Aikido techniques. The intensity of the class will be low to moderate with an emphasis on smooth safe practice methodology. Students are encouraged but not required to attend both classes each week.

The beginners' class offers an alternative way to introduce new students to our dojo. The traditional avenue of jumping right into the mixed level classes remains available too.
